What I build

• Hand-written WordPress themes from a design: no page builder and no plugin dependency, classic with custom input fields or as a block theme for the editor

• Core Web Vitals fixes: existing sites that show red or orange in Lighthouse, brought into the green, measured

• Migrations and hosting: moves to a dedicated server in Europe, keeping the existing database
• Security and maintenance: updates, backups, hardening of the backend

How I work

• One fixed contact: me. No project manager in between, no handing the job on to someone else
• Measured times instead of estimates: I log build time from the system clock. HALLRAUM reached its first measurement after 1 hour 26 minutes, with polishing after 2 hours 34 minutes. Wiesenraum was signed off after 4 hours 15 minutes, including agreeing the requirements, plus a later rework of 42 minutes. Both are demos; a client project adds feedback rounds and content
• Lighthouse as an acceptance criterion: before handover I measure on mobile and desktop, and the scores go into the report. Both demos score 100 for performance, accessibility and best practices
• Handover of code, credentials and docs: in the end everything belongs to your client or to you, nobody depends on me
• Git from day one: every change traceable, with commits that explain why

1. Briefing: a Figma file, a PDF or your client's tender, whatever you have
2. Conversation and quote: after a conversation you get a quote, as a fixed price per package or based on effort
3. Progress updates: screenshots on mobile and desktop plus measurements you can pass straight on to your client
4. Handover: code in a Git repository, credentials and short documentation, under your agency's name if you like
