Embed Eversports on your website: what a yoga studio site that does it looks like

Many studios keep their timetable in three places: in the booking software, on the website and at Urban Sports Club. When a class changes, the old version survives somewhere. On top of that there is often a site-builder page nobody dares to touch any more.

It can be simpler. The timetable comes straight from Eversports onto your website, and you edit the site yourself. Wiesenraum shows what that looks like: a finished demo for a made-up yoga studio in Vienna.

Embed Eversports on your website, step by step

1. Copy the widget link: in the Eversports Manager, copy the link of your calendar widget.
2. Pick the block and paste the link: on the Kurse page, choose the block “Buchungskalender einbetten” (embed booking calendar), set Eversports as the provider and paste the link into the widget address field.
3. Save, done: the page shows a button that opens the timetable.

The calendar only loads once someone clicks the button. Before that, no data goes to Eversports and no cookie is set. That is why no cookie banner is needed before the click.

You use bsport, Momoyoga or another provider? They hand out a widget link too. You paste it into the same block and pick the matching provider from the list.

Urban Sports Club: since November 2025 only through booking software

Since 1 November 2025, Urban Sports Club partners no longer maintain their classes in the partner portal. The timetable only comes in through connected booking software (announcement by Urban Sports Club).

With Eversports that means: you enter a class once, and it also shows up in the Urban Sports Club app. You switch the connection on once in the Eversports Manager (guide by Eversports). Nothing extra to maintain on your website.

• Edit it yourself: you change copy, images, prices and the calendar link in the WordPress block editor. Ready-made patterns just need to be inserted and filled in.
• No site builder, no plugins: the design is written by hand. No plugin that goes stale or clashes with an update.
• Security in five layers: protection in front of the login, limits on too many requests, no file changes from the dashboard, automatic updates and a daily backup.
• No cookie banner for the site itself: fonts are served from the site's own server, there is no tracking.

SEO is below 100 on purpose: the demo is excluded from search via noindex. All other SEO checks pass.
