My Approach

AI consulting is often a sales pitch: consultants arrive, present impressive slides about the future of work, and leave with a six-figure proposal. My approach is different.

I'm a developer, not a salesperson. I tell you specifically which of your processes can be automated most effectively with today's technology and where the biggest leverage is.

This honesty saves you money. Because an AI integration that nobody uses or that costs more than it saves is worse than no AI at all.

What I Evaluate

During the consultation, I analyze four areas:

• Current workflows — Where does your team spend the most time on repetitive tasks? Which processes are error-prone?
• Data availability — What data do you already have? In what quality and format? AI is only as good as the data it works with.
• Integration options — What systems do you use (CRM, ERP, email, chat)? Are there APIs? How complex would an integration be?
• Cost-benefit analysis — What does implementation cost? What does it save? When does it pay for itself?
